It looks like our girl, Maria Sharapova, will have more time for frolicking on the beach. ESPN is reporting that her slow recovery from a shoulder injury will keep her from repeating as the Australian Open champion.
Thankfully such hotties as Ana Ivanovic and Jelena Jankovic will be around to help us get through this.
